Last year I found out that garlic is a natural antibiotic. I chop up garlic cloves and put it on a spoon, and then cover it with Honey and drink it down. I took 3 cloves a day when I got dental work done, and it worked perfectly.

I believe all illness is caused by parasites. Colds, congestion, inflammation, cancer. I’ve been taking a regular dose of ivermectin and fenbendazole for the past three years. I eat healthy, low carbs. I have not been sick at all. I don’t take vitamin supplements. My thinking is very clear, nothing much upsets me. Killing parasites is safe and effective. Do not take “vitamins” from a bottle. It’s a total scam. Bottled vitamins are ultra processed garbage that don’t resemble the natural nutrients found in good food, fruits and plants. If you want to be healthy, eat organic fruit and veg and pasture fed meat and dairy and avoid seed oils, processed food, preservatives and anything created by the pharmaceutical industry, including vitamins. Supplements may be better but real food is best!

Great post for sure, however, one fact omitted is the fact that Vitamin C in high doses is a pro-oxidant. Short term use is ok but long term use causes oxidation, in turn destroying good cells as well - like chemo but not as poisonous.
I'm a vitamin sceptic and for those that aren't, worth considering one of the many red flags in this artice;
Double Nobel Prize Winner Linus Pauling (Nobel Prizes are awarded for advances in macro population management) takes his Vit C powder in orange juice (the alleged source of Vit C which bizzarely, like all other natural foods, contains no Ascorbic Acid, the substance said to be Vit C) and claims this prevents the entry of a Virus (like Vitamin C, also never proven to exist) into cells.
Throw in some sophistry about the synthesis of "interferon" (comedic conceptual "signalling protein") and you have all the hallmarks of medical fuckery, designed to make us willingly consume slow poison, in my opinion.

High dose vitamin C ( anything over 250mg) can convert into oxalates. I learned this lesson the hard way.
